- The place I have chosen is “Sot de Chera’s Castle”

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PLACE:
1.Why did you choose this place?
I have chosen this castle because I’m completely in love with my town and, specifically, Sot de Chera’s Castle is a special monument since it’s placed in the centre of an elevated rock, so you have a perfect view of it from any point of the urban area as well as from the mountains around.
2.What makes you comfortable?
The main thing that I feel most comfortable with is the view the citizens have from it out-of the river, because it’s the best perspective. Along with it, I think that it’s good to emphasize on the importance that the river has on the people who normally spend time in Sot de Chera as we reside the most of our days there doing anything with our loved ones.
3.There is some disruptive element?
It would have to be the overwhelming amount of visitors it has when people are on holidays, because they tend to massify the town, so the peace we enjoy throughout the year fades out.
4.Do you think you’d feel the same way in another space right now?
I claim that, nowadays, it’s not possible because most of the peaceful places we have hidden in our cities are being crowded constantly and it’s very hard to enjoy them like we used to do.
5.Do you think that the conditions of this space influence its occupants? How?
Just like I have mentioned, the conditions of the Castle influence heavily Sot de Chera occupants because it’s a unique building in the town and it stands as a symbol of the town and its neighbours. They see the castle every time they visit Sot de Chera and it cannot be invisible for any of us so, in my opinion, it gives life to the inhabitants.
